Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 clear days to exercise your right of withdrawal from receipt of your order.

Return procedure

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email to: contact@petitmarteaucassegroscaillou.com or by post to: [YOUR ADDRESS].

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refund

We will refund you within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized or custom-made items.
