3. Manufacturing & Delivery

Delivery times: 4 to 14 working days for manufacturing + transport times depending on your address.

Delivery costs: calculated before order validation.

Always check your package upon receipt and report any problems promptly.

4. Returns & Withdrawal

You have 14 days to change your mind (French law).

⚠️ No returns possible for personalized or made-to-order items, except in the event of a quality defect.

Returned products must be intact, unworn and in their original packaging.

5. Guarantees

Legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects.

Excluded: normal wear and tear, poor maintenance, unsuitable washing.
